  • The Regional Cancer Program oversees the delivery of cancer services across the Erie St. Clair (ESC) region. The Indigenous Projects Coordinator supports and advocates for the First Nations, Inuit, Métis and Urban Indigenous (FNIMuI) patients and their families throughout the ESC with the goal of improving access to culturally safe service delivery for Indigenous community members throughout the cancer journey.  As a vital team member, the Project Coordinator will provide a broad range of project and administrative support services relevant to improving the cancer journey with, and for, FNIMuI patients, family members and communities. The Project Coordinator will support the building and maintaining of relationships through respectful engagement with Indigenous partner organizations. This position supports the leadership team with regional program development through the coordination of regional work plan deliverables and continuing strategies and events.
