Resource | Community Action Program for Children/Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CAPC/CPNP) -  SIRCH Community Services

  • CAPC/CPNP(Community Action Program for Children/Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program) is a federally funded program which facilitates healthy starts for expecting women + moms with children ages 0-6

  • During our weekly groups in CKL and Haliburton County, we provide:

    • A free nutritious meal

    • Free prenatal vitamins

    • Transportation allowance based on distance

    • Food supplement card

    • Children's activities

    • Guest speakers

    • Referral to community service providers

  • Our program is limited to families who are low income, isolated, or otherwise stressed/vulnerable.
