• In recognition of World Patient Safety Day, Healthcare Excellence Canada released a blog co-written with Métis Nation – Saskatchewan (MN-S) that introduces a new video series that was developed in partnership with MN-S. These videos highlight the unique healthcare challenges faced by Métis citizens, with the goal of promoting cultural safety and more inclusive healthcare practices. Through this series, MN-S aims to equip healthcare providers with the knowledge and tools to deliver culturally safe care.
