NEW! Student accommodations paid: AISES Canada East, Indigenous STEM Conference

Registration remains open for the inaugural AISES Canada East conference hosted by Queen’s University. INDIGENOUS POST-SECONDARY STUDENTS may now select free accommodation through their registration, and are eligible for a reimbursement of their conference fees (contingent on attendance). Hotel costs are being covered by our generous conference sponsors!

This new addition to the AISES series of conferences will take place in Kingston on November 1-3, 2024. If you are unfamiliar with AISES, this is the perfect opportunity to become involved! We have a fantastic slate of Indigenous presenters in fields across STEM disciplines ready to share their knowledge and experiences with the next generation of Indigenous STEM professionals.

AISES has an almost 50-year history of advancing Indigenous Peoples in STEM fields – Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. If you or someone you know is an Indigenous student or professional in STEM, this network and conference is not one to be missed! Please feel free to share out this email and the attached poster, and consider attending yourself

Further details are on the AISES Canada East Conference Website.

On behalf of the organizing committee, I invite you to (re)connect with the AISES network today!
